Description 
See this Comm Center post from Mack Julian. The failure is in AcquireScheduler 3.4.1 at line 1161 where is it attaching file tfnf to PinPoint, that name is apparently no good.

Not the right theory. Need to see his requests, awaiting how to log in with Team Viewer.
