Description 
Add a field where you can specify the group time (currently max 1 hour) when submitting astro-imaging requests (web UI). This needs to be thought out. The reason for the request arose from the need to do periodic AF more often than once per hour. Too long a group time = why have scheduler? Too short and you won't even get one image into the group!

This applies to the main ACP web UI, so moving this to an ACP issue. Not going to change this in the older input forms in the web Schedule Browser.
