Description 
See this Comm Center thread (Lau). Control to resubmit all failed plans within a project, and only the failed plans. This is not "auto-resubmit" (a bad idea), this is a control on the web and desktop schedule browsers.






Also this Comm Center thread by Per Frejvall. He wants to have a function that will resubmit all failed plans. This came from #934 which I have deleted, and the link in Per's post has been fixed.
