Description 
Implement a weather server and the web UI content for the AAG Cloud Watcher, similar to the Boltwood. Work on this with Antonio Perez-Gomez. He currently supplies bits that replace stuff in the ACP web UI and they are obsolete for HotFIx 4. It would be better for me to do it.

The R907 server works fine. See this post from me. The server needs to talk directly to the 1-line file on the remote system.

AAG PROBLEM












Does not work on the new AAG system which prevents write-locking. Looks like a real and separate AAG server is going to be the right solution (as opposed to forcing people to edit a single server for options or worse yet additional settings in ACP).






Retrieve the old BoltwoodFile from ACP 8 which does work with the latest AAG, and rebrand it into an AAG server.
