Description 
With an alt-az telescope, when slewing to a new target, the dome slew is to the current dome alt/az, not the appropriate dome alt/az for the destination coordinates.

Woot! Fixed, tested at Tzec Maun on the 1 meter

Made 6.0.14 special build. Used coordinate transform to get the right dome alt/az.

Dang, in CalcDomeAzAlt() for alt/az scopes the current scope alt/az is used as the result. WRONG! This dates way way back to 2004 or so.
