Description
Can this be right? In Telescope.cls, RightAscension and Declination read from g_ScopeRA and g_dScopeDec (internal shadow) which get set in UpdateScopeCoordinates. They do not get read through CorrectedTelescope! WTF??

Check-in comment COR light flashes to indicate that it has not received the initial sync. GEM:836

I see why I was concerned. It looks like UpdateScopeCoords() reads through CorrectedTelescope... However, if an initial sync has not happened, the corrector will not be in effect. I wonder if the COR light should flash under these conditions... hmmm...
