Turned out to be a marathon, updating the Delta-T tables in NOVAS and the astro32.dll. Went up a rabbit hole with NOVAS and VS2015. Forget it for now. |

Also from TRAPPIST:
- also the RA and DEC velocities of moving targets (at start)
- somes focusers like the Optec TCFS have a temperature probe. Those values could be reported in the fits headers too.
- in addition to date-OBS it could be useful to have the date at which the file has been written on disk.
- something also common in pro observatories is to report in the header the distance of the traget to the Moon and the fraction of illumination.
