Note that, as I suspected, the difference between the TDB and "UJD" not super exactly is given in this Comm Center message.



The main difference for TDB is keeping track of the number of leap-seconds at the time of the observation, which is downloadable from here:

http://maia.usno.navy.mil/ser7/tai-utc.dat



Other than that, it is simple offset.

DId both Heliocentric and Barycentric Julian into header.

Turned out to be a marathon, updating the Delta-T tables in NOVAS and the astro32.dll. Went up a rabbit hole with NOVAS and VS2015. Forget it for now.

Some things done in ACP-1172 by popular demand. The rest of these things, I will recommend UserActions.

They also want AZ and ALT in FITS. See this Comm Center thread. This really needs to be looked at for the first hotfix!
