Description 
See this Comm Center thread by Todd Benko. Save the PNG previews in the same place as the FITS images, with the same names. This would allow those with restricted bandwidth to look over their images during the run.

This is so simple... it's going into the documentation and then I will refer to it when people ask.

Decided not to make a change to the ACP API, as it percolates through to Scheduler (the Interop assembly), and creates an installer nightmare. I really don't want to have to deal with the ACP 6  vs ACP 7 and Scheduler 3.5.3 or older vs now ACP 7.1 (or 7.0HF1) ve the older ACP 6 and ACP 7 and which Interop assembly is there (there would be three!!!).






For the time being, I'll  help people get this implemented if they want it.

This isn't for everyone. Maybe just publish the UserActions for this and help documentation as to how to enable it?

This was done for Virginia DOE with a simple UserActions (attached). This should be done as an ACP option. See ACP-998 for the processing steps applied to the web UI thumbnail and lightbox previews.
