Description 
Jörg Hanisch has created a component MPCCOMET that is like MPCORB, but which uses the MPC's comet elements database. He is going to put it online for ASCOM. He has added ACP support for it in the Plan compiler and AcquireSupport. I have attached his notes about that as well as the MPCCOMET files from a mail message he sent.






Add this into ACP!

  More changes. Plan compiler now differentiates between Soft00Cmt lookup and explicitly supplied comet elements (like it does for MPs) and fixed the web live observing form submission to handle CT xxx in checking the position for horizon violation before starting the run. Few other cosmetics.

Code changes to AcquireSupport and Plan components comlete. Tested on several comets. This is great!! Documentation is all that's left.

He has made up an installer for the MPCCOMET package too. This is great. I am going to include the time needed to get it online at the ASCOM website, and announce it on the list.
