Description 
See this Comm Center thread (Michael Cook). Need a way to select one of three ways of handling calibrated and saved raw images:



    
    
  1. Raw and cal together
    2. 
    
  2. Cal into "calibrated" subfolder
    3. 
    
  3. Raw into "raw" subfolder
    4. 



It must honor ImageFileConfig also.

Now the customer wants to have the raw images plate solved, and with all of the other FITS stuff, like the final auto-calibrated images. This will require a significant rework of the logic.

This should be accompanied by enhanced documentation on ACP auto-calibration. See ACP-1495.

Cook says the simple RAW folder is fine. Option 3 above only. Hooray.






Also this is in AcquireSupport so will take care of Scheduler too see SCHEDULER-1494.
