See this Comm Center thread. Simple fix, but re-check the auto-flip across the 12 hour HA line (west to east).

  Really for Scheduler but in the ACP 7 6-7 migration version of AcquireScheduler. Will fix in Scheduler Tree as well. Fix obscure overflow in flip tracing.
