Description
Suggested by Dick Berg: Edit ValidateFormPlugin to remove the limit that allows input of only one or three, but not two, sexagesimal terms.

CAUTION: Why did I do this in the first place? Is there something elsewhere? I doubt it but look!

REOPENED: Additional places to tweak sexagesimal.

The other places were in fact correct code. Closing again.

See the discussion in this and following messages for other places where the sexa converter needs changing. Reopening for this.
