See this Comm Center thread. Simple fix, but re-check the auto-flip across the 12 hour HA line (west to east).

  Found one more stray CInt(), It seems that this was done in the past, maybe while doing ACP-914.

Looking at AcquireScheduler, it appears that I did this maybe as part of ACP-914. But I did find one more stray CInt() today. Fixed.
