Description 
See this Comm Center thread (Emmanuel Jehin). Need an option for this (as it applies only to cheap SCTs  or overloaded flexing optical trains). Force an autofocus (and reset the periodic AF interval) after a GEM flip.

Time estimate extended to 6 hours. This will require an API change to do it right (option in the AutoFocus tab).






While I am at it I should add as needed to support the FocusLock system from Optec (see ACP-1488)
