  Install MPCCOMET. Also has a tweak for the system folder on 64 bit to assure that the 32-bit shell is used during installation (no Gemini for this)

It's there! Look in AcquireSupport. BUT MPCCOMET IS NOT INSTALLED BY SETUP.
