Description
See this Comm Center thread by Peter Jankowski. On systems with ',' decimal point, the Deep Sky Catalog lookup fails, with the data returned after the RA being ignored, etc. This is because the data package is comma delimited! A workaround was to remove the decimal digits from the RA, Dec, Alt, and Az. Here is the hacked code in acatlookup.asp. This will have to be done in a more robust way eventually so that the decimal digits can be restored!!

This turned out to be rather tricky.
