See this Comm Center thread. The help for "Importing Observing Lists From SkyTools" needs to describe how to set up the export from SkyTools to produce the format expected by ACP. An example of the format that ACP expects should also be on the help page. I have attached a sample.
From Teri Smoot: You need to put in the help file to select only the "Primary Designation", and the "Coordinates" as columns in the SkyTools output. That was the step that I was missing.
