See this Comm Center thread (Bill McLaughlin). With AF on filter change enabled, if Darks are acquired, a #count is used. But the expanded format targets necessitated by the requirement to AF on filter changes use #repeat. The #count carries down from the darks into the live targets causing the final count of images to be the product of the (stale) #count from the darks and the #repeat for the targets.
