Provide a way to download an observatory profile. After some consideration, I think the best way is to make the Planner a helper app for browsers. This way, when someone clicks a link for a profile file (.obsv) when it finishes downloading, Planner starts and automatically imports the file into the active profile, then shows popup advising that they should immediately save it for later use. The browser handles the username/password access. A simple link-click would do it.
