The Moon Avoidance fields in the scheduler forms default to 15,6. This is not appropriate for most uses. Plus, if you blank the fields out (using Moon Down for example), the 15,6 values come back from the form persistence!! Same for the Hour Angle range fields. These are also defaulted to sub-optimal values, so just blank them too!
