There are a couple of issues with the time range in the Astro Imaging and Single Series forms for the scheduler.
  1. In both, there must be something in the Must Run Before field if there is anything in Must Run After. RTML requires either both date/time or none. 
  2. The Single Series was not filling in a default UTC time for the Must Run After (it is local time).
