See this Comm Center Thread by Yves Yongen. The pointing error generator reads textual numbers from the registry when it is created as a dependendy for AcquireSupport in the XML, and this causes AcquireSupport to fail in a brain dead way.
PointingErrorGenerator.dll needs to be immune to comma decimal point. "How did this ever work?"
