See this Comm Center thread by Paul Luckas. The Wise installer I use gives a false disk space warning on disks > 2TB. The user can click Ignore and ACP will install OK. However the included installations of NOVAS and Kepler also use Wise and fail for this false disk space issue. This causes ACP to immediately die "ActiveX Cannot Create Object". It was a b**ch to find!
Try to disable disk space check in Wise. If cannot, then switch to Inno for NOVAS and Kepler, assuming their ActiveX stuff isn't broken (and it may be!). Worst case, switch them all to Windows Installer. In caase that's what I end up with, I am making this an 80 hour task.
