Bill Perkins - when AcqSupt calls SetupRotator(), it creates a RotControl then sets Connected to true. If RotControl is already running and connected, this causes RotControl to disconnect about a second thereafter! The logic in ACP.Rotator.Connected doesn't check to see (a) if it has already created a driver (e.g. RCOS), nor does it check if it is already connected.
