Dropping a file on PlanChecker shortcut fails on 64 bit. The 64-bit script engine is used, and the ASCOM object creations (Util, etc) don't work. Maybe this will be fixed in Platform 5.5 or 6.0 we'll see. Otherwise, make a separate 64-bit shortcut. This is trivial. I have attached one (using the default ACP install path on 64-bit).
