Due to most of the time being taken for the image, the #quitat was picked up in the Repeat loop. This left the "counts completed" at 1, a value that is illegal in the completion state! The counts in the completion state should be from 0 up to but not including the max for that loop. The result is that on the next run, the logic skipped all of the targets due to the initial state being out of range.
