Filed as a bug because the Expected Pointing Update Time is not in the default/distributed FlipConfig.txt file. Nor is it shown in the example FlipConfig in ACP Help, German Mount Flipping, Controlling Pre- and Post-Flip Margins section (which shows the default FlipConfig).
