I am sick of people getting into trouble by trying to move files in the Local User tab by disabling multi-User support. That is a vestige of days gone by. Get rid of it completely. You'll have to note it during an upgrade installation. In fact that may be a killer. You may instead have to basically refuse to let people turn OFF multi-user support. Or you could force the issue by moving existing files back into the normal places during installation/upgrade. Finally, pop up a window with a button to open the Customizing File and Folder Names section.
