Remove BlindSolver from ACP's components and installation
Once PinPoint 6 is out, it will install a common BlindSolver for use by both ACP and PP. This one has a change where -q produces output with RA, Dec and Plate Scale. PinPoint 6 has all-sky solcing. ACP's code must be updated to handle this change. ACP's installer should delete its older BlindSolver and UploadHelper assembly.
