See this Comm Center message (within an unrelated thread) by Leo Heiland. A new setting in Planner is needed since it may run remotely from ACP itself (and thus has no access to AutoFlatConfig).
Well could Planner get some info from a remote ACP? THink about this. It already has a way to log in and upload. What if there were a webservice that would return JSON to set the configuration options including the sky vs screen flats, filter names (cached right?), etc.
