See this Comm Center thread by Warren Keller. In the desktop browser, allow multiple and range selections of plans in the tree (using the UI of the WindowsExplorer folder tree) to allow mass re submissions, disabling of Plans, etc. Also support duplication, cut, paste of plans in the tree.
