See this Comm Center thread by John Batts. To reproduce
  1. Queue up some plans
  2. Then "complete" some (I did this in "Simulate (Internal Sequencer)" mode)
  3. In the Utility menu, choose "Delete all completed plans."
  4. Now try to re-open the treeview (click or right-click) without restarting the Schedule Browser.
  5. An exception will be thrown, and Scheduler will need to be restarted.
