See this catch-all thread on the Comm Center. Geoff Stone reports that on an ImageSet with Count > 1, if guiding, and if the guider stops spontaneously, the logic is supposed to detect it, do a pointing update to recenter the guide star, then restart the guider. Currently, the ppointing update fails because it things it should be guiding for the pointing exposure and so that fails, failing the whole run.
Call Autoguide(false) to assure the state machine knows that the guider has stopped.
