This message appears on startup. Well duh, the mount/dome haven't been connected yet (the Obs needs to be started). Remove it.

Also - unrelated - Remove bogus logic in LoadXmlProfile that forces dusk flats off if there is a sequencer and start in unsafe weather is set. There will never be a sequencer at that point in the startup, so just read the Disk Flats setting from the profile and make decisions later.
