See this Comm Center thread by Francis Clement. The web schedule browser's "edit observation" ASP (seditobs.asp) uses numeric indexing to access the constraints in the Observation. This fragile logic fails if any optional constraints are installed. The constraints need to be indexed by name. THe addition of the AltAzRotation constraint(which has no vales to be set and is always active) caused the form fields vs the constraints to become misaligned.
