See this Comm Center thread by Niklas Storck and George Iwaszek. MaxIm 7 was going zombie at the call to Document.RemoveGradient(). Now look at the thread on the MaxIm forum for some craziness.

Pragmatic "solution" ... remove the call to RemoveGradient() ha ha.
