Use jQuery fade in/out to make more sense out of the "immediately after" checkbox. If checked, set time spacing/tol to 0 then make those fields fade out and collapse. Unchecking the option will cause them to reappear.
Same treatment for Moon Down checkbox vs the Moon Avoidance Lorentzian fields. Make the latter disappear if Moon Down checked, and EMPTY the Lorentzian values.
