This is partially done in the development tree. It looks like Clarity for the Boltwood I also exports cloud condition, etc. It may be possible to combine the two weather servers. The ASP page shuld definitely be combined into one that works with either model. Ajai Sehgal already wrote an ASP for Boltwood I.
